This modern DIPA is brewed with Maris Otter, Wheat, Carapils, Flaked Oats & Oat Malt. This fluffy malt foundation is just big enough to hold the hefty additions of  Comet, with a little Summit, Calypso & Idaho7 in a supporting role.
