Tmavý Ležák 12º is a czech style dark lager. LODO brewed & Decoction mashed with Vienna & Munich malt, & layered with Caramunich & Carafa special II for a little chocolate caramel kiss. Hopped with Saaz in the boil & Fermented cool with our favourite lager yeast before lagering for 1 month.
