The Concept
When it comes to food, we wanted to offer Dundalk something a little different - top quality locally sourced grub but served casually in a pub. Sambos by day and pizza by night. No need for a reservation or a fancy knife and fork. Sure that's what your hands are for?
Now for the drink, we are a craft beer focused public house with 28 taps including lots of our own lovely brews. But that's not all - we've top quality wine on tap, handmade cocktails, an eclectic mix in our fridges & the best coffee in town from Calendar.
As Confucius said, how you do one thing is how you do every thing - and we do it well.
