KEAN KAVANAGH
THURSDAY 30TH JULY
KEAN KAVANAGH LIVE AT MO CHARA
It all started with a Beamish...
One Night in Mo's
On Thursday 30th July, Kean Kavanagh will take over the beer garden at Mo Chara for a very special & intimate live show.
Blending indie, folk, soul and rock into a sound that's entirely his own, Kean has become one of the most respected artists in Ireland. As a founding member of Soft Boy Records and a standout live performer the Portlaoise man is fresh off the release of The County Star. Kavanagh brings songs about GAA, growing up in Laois and everything in between to Mo Chara - pure class!
If you've never seen him live, this is the time to do it. If you have, you already know.
To get ye all going we have Rua Rí. Hailing from Cobh, he has quickly becoming one of Ireland's favourite Up & coming new folk artists - and for good reason. Before that, we have one of our own getting the show started - The Future West. They're a cracking 4 piece garage rock/indie/DIY 4-Piece from the town headed by frontman Francis Watters.
We've been working on this together with Beamish for a while and this is just the start of a string of class acts coming to mo's. Creamy beamy pouring from the taps out the back all evening & we'll also have a very limited run of event tees available exclusively at the show.
